As a dietary supplement for occasional sleeplessness for adults 18 years of age and over, take 5 droppers (approximately 4 mL) 20 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. 1/2 fill of dropper = 1 dropper. May be taken directly or combined with water or juice. Shake well before use.
You may experience some residual drowsiness. If you take this product, you may sleep for a full 8 hours. Not for use by those under 18 years of age. Do not take when operating machinery or driving a vehicle. Pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics, people under medical supervision and people with known medical conditions (including autoimmune and depressive disorders) and/or taking drugs (including tranquilizers and sedatives) should consult with a licensed physician and/or pharmacist prior to taking this product. Keep out of reach of children.
