As a dietary supplement for occasional sleeplessness for adults 18 years of age and over, take 5 droppers (approximately 4 mL) 20 minutes before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. 1/2 fill of dropper = 1 dropper. May be taken directly or combined with water or juice. Shake well before use.
You may experience some residual drowsiness. If you take this product, you may sleep for a full 8 hours. Not for use by those under 18 years of age. Do not take when operating machinery or driving a vehicle.
